Some of the patterns we carry into adulthood begin long before we have the words to understand them.
Meeting Your Inner Child: A Persian Garden Experience is an intimate evening with Noush Navazani, created for just 15 guests in a private garden in North London.
Inspired by themes from Noush’s book, The Child Behind Your Patterns, the evening explores how early emotional experiences can continue to shape our relationships, self-worth, boundaries, emotional responses and the patterns we repeat in adult life.
This is not a traditional psychology workshop. It is a carefully designed journey from understanding to experiencing, creating, reflecting and connecting.
The evening will include a psychology talk with Noush, a guided inner-child experience, creative expression through clay, and a closing reflection and Q&A. Personal sharing is always optional, and no artistic experience is required.
